How that compares: MCS-150 Update lists its Carrier plan at $39 a year for up to 3 USDOT numbers (their pricing page, checked October 2026), so ours is about half that. Filing directly with the agencies costs you nothing extra for reminders; you just have to remember the dates.

Being straight with you: if you only care about one date a year and you're good at keeping track, a calendar entry is fine, and our free MCS-150 reminder costs nothing.
