By using DOT Due Dates ("we") you agree to these terms.

What the service is

An informational tool that estimates filing due dates from public data and published schedules, and sends email reminders. It is not legal, tax or compliance advice, and it is not affiliated with any government agency.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for knowing and meeting your own filing requirements. Due dates can change, public data can be incomplete or out of date, and emails can be delayed or filtered. Always confirm with the agency.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for fines, penalties, lost business or other damages from missed or incorrect deadlines, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Paid plan

The Carrier plan is billed yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; see our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the lookup (for example, automated scraping at high volume) or use it for anything unlawful.
